How do I know if a part fits my car?
Each product page lists the compatible vehicle models where available.
However, vehicle specifications can vary depending on model year, trim level, and market.
We recommend confirming your exact vehicle model and year before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to assist.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time K1 Performance Auto ships within Australia only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used, but most Australian deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Do you accept returns?
We do not offer change-of-mind returns.
Returns or refunds are only available if:
• the item arrives damaged
• the item is faulty
• the item does not match the product description
• the incorrect item was supplied.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• photos of the damaged item
• photos of the packaging
• your order number.
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Do parts come with installation instructions?
We try out best to provide installation guides for every order, but these are subject to availability. You can find installation guides and Installation videos under the 'Guides' tab on our website.
We recommend installation by a qualified mechanic or automotive technician.
Can I install the parts myself?
All parts can be installed DIY, however difficulty varies per part. E.g. Spoiler is a easy install with a simple automotive tape install. Side Skirts may require more time and handy skill, with potential trim removal and drilling involved.
K1 Performance Auto is not responsible for damage caused during installation. If you are unsure, professional installation is recommended.
Why might a part look slightly different from the photos?
Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only.
Actual products may vary slightly in colour, finish, packaging, or design due to manufacturer updates or production changes.
Are these genuine OEM parts?
Unless explicitly stated in the product description, most products sold by K1 Performance Auto are aftermarket performance or replacement parts.
Aftermarket parts are manufactured by third-party companies and are designed to be compatible with specific vehicle models, but they are not produced by the original vehicle manufacturer.
